The designated operator of Belarus, Belpochta, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that, owing to a network incident on 22 September 2026, it is currently experiencing issues relating to the transmission of EDI messages. All necessary measures are being taken to resolve the technical issues and to restore the timely transmission of all messages and event data as quickly as possible. Belpochta will provide updates on progress via EmIS, as appropriate. Belpochta apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding.
